We are a DC-based photography and creative studio founded by Laura Metzler. Our mission to provide high quality stylized photography for business owners to elevate their brand.

Associate Photographers
The associate photographers are a part of the photographer development program. We are constantly searching for associate photographers with interests in events, commercial, and lifestyle shooting. The expectations include: drive to further develop photography skills, team-player attitude, and readiness to work and grow.

Stylist
The stylist creates plans lifestyle, product, and branding shoots while curating the look and space for the shoot. This includes procuring props, staging spaces, designing the vibe of a shoot, setting props, and maintaining the imagery the client is looking for.

Operations Manager
The operations manager handles the day to day business operations, as well as strategic planning for the success of Laura Metzler Photography. This is an internal facing position although some tasks are external, the role includes; outreach, marketing, contracts, planning, and any necessary business tasks.

Social Media Manager
The social media manager is the upbeat, fun, and on brand voice of Laura Metzler Photography. They plan, schedule, and post content for LMP as well as engage with brands and followers. The goal of this role is to support the growth of Laura Metzler Photography.

Photoshoot Assistant
Photoshoot assistants aid the principle photographer in the set-up, execution, and take down of shoots. Typically handling any and all tasks that the principle photographer cannot throughout shoot days. Photoshoot assistants are vital in the ability to manage shoots professionally. We’re always looking for more Photoshoot assistants!

Laura Metzler Photography uses models for shoots when the client or stylist has requested models for the shoot. Models are expected to come to shoots prepared, handle the execution of shoots professionally, and be a part of the team. We are always looking for new faces to feature!
